A Home Renovation including installing new oak hardwood flooring throughout. Exposing the painted roof timbers and knotty pine tongue & groove ceiling which will then be stained to accent the existing rock fireplace. Renovating the existing Sunroom to house a new Media room with remote access electronics. Upgrading all paint grade clamshell moldings with new oak square edge moldings stained to accent the Great Room ceiling. All interior lighting and controls with be updated with new Halogen recessed lighting and Maestro Digital controls throughout. Installing new stairway lighting controlled with Occupancy sensors to illuminate the stairs when approached. All smoke detectors and Thermostats will be upgraded with flush mounted control units. All closets will have jamb switches installed to illuminate closet when the door is opened. The following images are of the current configuration and decor.
